Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns or replacement requests exclusively for products that deviate from their accompanying certificate of analysis. Claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, accompanied by detailed analytical evidence demonstrating specification failure. We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or use beyond research parameters.
Initiating a Claim
Contact our scientific support team via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email with your order reference, batch number, and supporting documentation. Our quality assurance department will review your submission within two business days, potentially requesting additional analytical data to verify the discrepancy.
Resolution Options
Verified claims result in one of three resolutions at our discretion: full product replacement with expedited shipping, credit issuance for future orders, or refund processing to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within ten business days following claim approval.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Products opened outside sterile conditions, peptides stored contrary to provided protocols, or orders exceeding the fourteen-day claim window are ineligible for return. Custom synthesis orders require separate contractual terms.
